Our solutions team spend an afternoon indoor skydiving/

Last week it was the solution’s teams turn to participate in the renowned Great Fridays team day out! And not to be outdone by our XD or Digital Strategy teams they decided to go higher than anyone has ever gone before (I might be using some poetic licence there) and go indoor skydiving at AirKix!

With our solutions team being the nuts and bolts of the well-oiled Great Fridays machine they had been waiting in anticipation to be let off the leash and leave the rest of the Great Fridays office to ascend into chaos and skydiving was the perfect opportunity.

With wind speeds of up to 180mph, (speeds that could be used for testing the aerodynamics of an F1 racing car), Bryan Sayle, Mat Skitt, Jannine Craggs, Alex Mcleod, Floor Putten and Lisa Knox-Brown spent an afternoon floating around Manchester.

Lisa (who isn’t afraid of heights) loved it that much that she just didn’t want to leave – it was like dragging a kid out of a toy shop literally! Whereas Floor took to it like a duck to water (must be something they teach them at school in Holland).
